Alcohol ink art is created by using alcohol liquid paint and allowing it to drip down and spread using the wind.
After doing the alcohol ink art, you can paste Sendai Tanabata Japanese paper on the postcard size frame in your favorite way, or paste the Tanabata Japanese paper onto the alcohol ink art itself.
