Licensed Guide MAI

Konnichi wa! I’m Mai, a licensed English tour guide living in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture. I think of myself as friendly, open minded, polite and considerate. I love talking and discussing about many topics like religion, politics, culture, lifestyle, so I hope we can have a great conversation and enjoyable time together.

Personally, I love to travel to other countries and I always seek to understand other cultures. I have been to New Zealand, Ireland, Philippines, Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, India, USA (LA, Guam, Hawaii) and UK (England, Scotland). Many of those places I spent about a month. Also, I lived in India for a year and a few months. I want travelers to have a great time in Japan just as I do when traveling to other countries. Lastly, I have hosted many tourists at my house, 19 countries so far, and I always enjoy cultural exchanges. So I’m good at introducing Japan in comparison to other countries and cultures.
