NAKAYU SAKE BREWERY
Established in 1906 during the Meiji period, Nakayu Sake Brewery is producer of the craft sake label “Tenjo Mugen.” We are a small brewery specializes in making sake during the cold northern winters using a directly heated rice steaming vat (rarely used in modern times). We offer brewery tours to explain the sake making process. We also offer tastings (free) and sales of sake made onsite in our annex shop.
