Nanyo City Tourism Association

The famous Akayu hot spring resort is located just below Eboshiyama Park, one of the 100 best cherry blossom viewing spots in Japan. Together with the scenery of vineyards and plastic greenhouses on the surrounding mountains, they are a symbol of Nanyo City. This area is also known as the "Holy Land of Delaware" because the wineries use the “Delaware” variety of grapes. With wineries from 6 companies, this is the largest wine village in the Tohoku region! Cherry picking is also popular. At Sky Park, which is famous for its sea of clouds, it is possible to experience paragliding flights with a wheelchair. The tourism association helps make various experience programs, and performs PR and event management activities.
