[Sheep Race Flow]
① Gather around the shepherd at the start of the event
② Listen to the explanation of the event
③ Make your guess which sheep will win the race
④ Audience volunteers selected (those that can help feed the sheep while helping guide them, etc.)
⑤ Watching and cheering the sheep race!
⑥ If your guess of the winning sheep is correct, you’ll get some “Sheep Village Points” from the shepherd.
→ If you accumulate 3 points, you will get a ticket that can be exchanged for sheep food.
* Sheep Village admission fee of 100 yen will be charged separately.
"Iwanuma Sheep Village" is home to about 30 grazing sheep at a sheep ranch created with local residents in the disaster-stricken coastal area of Iwanuma City. Around the sheep ranch, we maintain farms, a dog run park (separate charge) and an open space. We aim to be a place that connects "people with people," "people to resources," and "past memories with the future," just like spinning wool is knitted together into one item from various parts.

Various stores are set up, stage performances and announcements are made, breakfast and snacks are prepared for the sheep, and the popular sheep race is held. Please come and visit us!
