Yuriage neighborhood is part of the port town Natori, which faces the Pacific Ocean on the south bank of the Natori River.
It was heavily damaged by the tsunami that followed the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake. However, its convenient location, with easy access from Sendai Airport, has made it a new tourist spot since the disaster. This cycling tour introduces the recovered and proud community you'll find in today's Yuriage.
*This tour is open to participants from elementary school age and up.
