After arrival, change clothes in the changing room → prepare with warm-up exercises/stretching → listen to instructions about SUP.
Start the experience! → Start by practice rowing while sitting, then stand-up as you get used to SUP. → Connect with nature and enjoy the scenery.
Let's enjoy the scenery of Matsushima Bay at a relaxing pace (^ ^)
SUP experience time is about 1 hour.
Please inform us if you wish to change the experience length. (We offer a shorter course as well).
※For SUP Cruising, we will move to the experience location by small boat, taking about 15 minutes one-way.

| About suspension of the activity | May be canceled due to bad weather or natural disaster. The experience will still be held during rainy weather, but will be canceled in case of strong wind or stormy weather. In case of cancellation, we will inform you if the event is to be held by the day before. |
| Important notes regarding participation | Participants under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian. Guardians are able to observe (and take pictures) from the boat. (The number of boat passengers is limited, so please consult with us in advance.) |

| About cancellations and changes | If you want to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us immediately. | ||
| Cancellation Policy | In case we cancel because of strong wind or bad weather, there will be no cancellation fee. If the customer cancels the day before, day of, or is a no-show, 70% of the experience fee will be charged. | ||
