Tanaka Shuzoten was founded in 1789. Our sake brewery uses traditional methods of making kimoto and yamahai sake. Visit the brewery to see the earthenware namako walls which would have been common for warehouses during the Edo period. Staff will explain the history of our Manatsuru sake brand, the brewery facilities, etc. Then you can enjoy a tasting session and opportunity to buy souvenirs.
