During the tour, your guide will explain the history of the Manatsuru sake brand and talk about the namako earthen walls and other characteristics of traditional brewery architecture. Walk through the facilities and learn about how sake is made. The guide will share information about types of rice, water, varieties of sake, and different brewing methods.
After the tour, you will have a chance to taste and buy sake.

| Important notes regarding participation | As a general rule, admission under the age of 20 is not permitted. In addition, we do not offer sake tastings for drivers or pregnant women. You will be required to wear a sanitary cap and face mask while inside the brewery. |
