Expiration Date

The voucher will be invalid after the expiration date and partial or full refunds will not be issued for unused vouchers.

Usage Notes

This voucher can only be used at businesses participating in the Unlock SENDAI campaign listed on the "See Japan, Experience Sendai Activities" website.
Refunds will not be issued for the vouchers purchased. The issuer does not accept liability for loss of vouchers, including due to theft. The user is responsible for any loss. Vouchers are considered invalid if they are missing the stub to be retained by the participating business or the name of the business is written in the designated field.
This voucher can only be used to pay for experience program fees and in-store souvenir purchases.This voucher is not accepted at restaurants.
A maximum of ¥2,000 per person can be used in one instance.
No change will be given even if the payment amount is less than the voucher's value.

About "Unlock SENDAI"

"Unlock SENDAI" is a tourism campaign that provides free special offers to foreign travelers who visit Sendai and Miyagi with a JR East Pass (Tohoku area).
During the campaign period, users of the JR EAST PASS (Tohoku area) can receive a one-day pass for the Loople Sendai bus and subway, along with ¥2,000 worth of vouchers that can be used to experience various activities in Sendai and Miyagi.
