Use a traditional mortar to grind edamame and make “zunda mochi” (rice cakes with crushed edamame). Enjoy the delicious taste of fresh zunda mochi! Use pounded rice cakes to make the sweet zunda mochi. After we are finished, relax with a cup of Japanese tea while eating rice cakes.
For groups of 6 or more people, we also have an optional program to make mochi with a pestle and mortar for an additional 7,000 yen (+ tax).
