About multi-lingual support | Japanese/English/Chinese (Traditional) *For overseas customers, we will provide instructions on how to make Musubimaru-shaped wagashi desserts (in English or Traditional Chinese). Unfortunately, we do not have instructions on how to make traditional Japanese desserts that reflect the atmosphere of the Sendai, Miyagi, and Tohoku regions. Still, we do have an advanced version of the Musubimaru-shape. We will all make it together with the instructor while watching their demonstration. Our staff will also be available to support you as much as possible. |
Experience making traditional Japanese sweets with our instructor Chika Ogasawara. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to make Japanese sweets in the shape of Sendai and Miyagi’s sightseeing mascot, "Musubimaru", and other designs iconic to Sendai, Miyagi and the Tohoku region. When your masterpieces are ready to eat, you'll enjoy them paired with a cup of Japanese sencha tea produced in Miyagi Prefecture. Let’s try making decorative Japanese sweets in cute and colorful designs!
