Entering these alleyways is like stepping back in time to retro post-war Showa Era Japan. There are so many tiny izakayas (Japanese pubs), bars and restaurants in these alleyways. Only around 8-10 customers can fit into most restaurants at a time, so it can be hard to walk into these places by yourself. Don't worry because on this tour you’ll be joined by a local guide! Our guide will introduce you to all the best places and help you with Japanese as you eat, drink and chat to the friendly locals.
