| Important notes regarding participation | For safety reasons, please do not join after drinking alcohol. ・Do not drink alcohol if operating a car or bicycle. ・You are not allowed to participate if you are intoxicated. ・The tour course includes ascending and descending stairs. ・Please refrain from wearing perfume. ・Please refrain from consuming products containing "natto" (fermented soybeans) from the night before until after your visit. ・If you are late to your reservation time, we may not be able to guide you on the tour. ・Please consult with us beforehand if you are coming by large bus. |

Established in 1957, Kanbai Sake Brewery is a sake brewery with a long history. Our business philosophy is to make “A sake which is satisfying with just one drink.” We only make junmai sake using traditional techniques passed down through generations. We grow our own rice in fields next to our Miyagi Brewery. Our water is underground water from the Naruse River that runs next to our brewery. We hope that you will gain a deeper understanding of how "Miyakanbai" sake is brewed. Come experience the depth and deliciousness of sake!
