Local "Hatto" Soup Making Experience in Tome City
“Hatto” is a regional cuisine made by adding water to wheat flour. Knead, stretch, and flatten the base ingredient before finally boiling it. We’ll enjoy “hatto” in its most common form by serving it in a freshly made soup. When we are finished, let’s all taste the hatto soup together! Soybean paste and hatto are included as a souvenir to bring home!
