JR Fruit Park Sendai Arahama opened exactly 10 years after the Great East Japan Earthquake and tsunami. Visitors can view the skill of farmers and latest technology together with the natural beauty of the area. You should also visit the nearby Arahama Elementary School ruins, not only learn more about the disaster, but also to learn the rich history and culture of the area.
The fruits park offer picking and eating experiences featuring strawberries, apples, grapes, pears, figs. There is also an onsite restaurant and direct sales shop facility. *Reservations have priority. However, when there is room you may join on the day .
You can enjoy all-you-can-eat "nikoniko berry (strawberries)" with red flesh and a good balance of sweetness and acidity for 30 minutes!
