Before starting there is an explanation about how to sit.
There are two 40-minute zazen sessions (you must stay for both if you join).

When you visit our temple, you can learn about the history of the Date clan and view temple gardens that have been restored after being destroyed by a fire. Rinnoji Temple also aids recovery efforts since the Great East Japan Earthquake through its forest-making program.
