Wiener Making Experience in Tome City
Make wieners using Miyagi prefecture pork! Use your hands to knead the meat then stuff it into natural sheep intestine. Boil your wieners to eat at the venue or take them home as a souvenir!

【Flow of Experience】
1. Add spices and water to the ground meat. Knead the meat well.
2. Fill the intestines with meat using a special tool.
3. Divide wieners into desired length and boil for 20 minutes.
4. Cool the boiled wieners with ice water.

| Important notes regarding participation | ●Bring an apron and triangular handkerchief or bandana. ●Clean the end of your nails and fingertips. ●Those under 10 years old must be accompanied by a guardian as there are parts of the session which will require assistance. ●In the case of another reservation or event, the experience may be held at the City Agriculture Exchange Hall. |
