Rediscover the magic of Mother Nature at Kurikoma Kougen Nature School. Let’s play and learn in fields, forests, mountains and rivers. Appreciate the beauty of the four seasons in the areas around Mt. Kurikoma or Kitakami River.
Enjoy outdoor cooking with a fire. Start by cutting wood and making the fire. Then cook foods, such as rice or curry and pork in a pot. Rediscover the "importance of fire" and enjoy the great outdoors.

Kurikoma Kougen Nature School offers a variety of activities that combine cooking and outdoor experiences in Kurikoma Kogen (Kurikoma Plateau). There are also outdoor craft classes where participants can appreciate the nature of forests, mountains, and rivers throughout the four seasons.
