About Shozan
The restaurant opened in January 2023, set in a beautifully renovated old brewery. Dishes are created by Chef Tamotsu Yashima, former sous-chef at Shozankan's Padrino del Shozan, and the menu is centered around French cuisine while incorporating elements of Japanese tradition. Guests can enjoy a range of seasonal dishes served as set courses.
